Raw Moissanite, Pearls and Herkimer Diamonds
Moissanite is a naturally occurring silicon carbide first found in a meteor crater by Henri Moissan in 1983. As the material is found in meteorites is extremely rare and scarce and is lab grown of silicon carbide.
In 1998 Charles & Colvard was the first who used moissanite to create alternative diamonds and by 2018 the patents were expired and more labgrown diamond laboratories started.
